Are all inflatables the same?
No. Superior owns over 350 different types of inflatable games with specific games for specific age groups. The games can also be used at a variety of different events. They can be used as Attention Grabbers or as a play area, they can be used in Teambuilding and for festivals. We own the largest selection of slides, obstacle courses, bouncers, multi-play units and the list goes on and on. If you don't see something you're looking for please don't hesitate to call us. What makes an inflatable ideal when planning an event?
Inflatables are so versatile, as they can in a variety of shapes and sizes. We have some that can fit in your backyard and some big enough for a large park and everything in between. They can also be set up and taken down in a few short hours. These facts make them a great idea for your next event.
What type of surface can the equipment be placed on?
Inflatables can be placed on grass, pavement, hardwood or low carpeting, indoors or out. When setting up outside, we prefer to set up on grass because it is safest for the users. The surface should be level. Please specify when ordering, which surface we will be setting up on and we will make sure we utilize the proper anchors for your event.
How do I know which items to pick for my event?
All of SUPERIOR'S event specialists have done extensive work both in the office and on-site. Through extensive product knowledge and event experience, our specialists will suggest the games that will work best for your specific event - regardless of who you are entertaining.
Do you deliver and set up the equipment?
Yes, we offer delivery services for all of our equipment. Our friendly and courteous staff will setup and deliver your equipment to your location. We also offer ride attendants to monitor and facilitate our attractions. Pick-up rental services are also available from our warehouse locations.
Do you travel with your equipment?
Being the Nations Largest Inflatables Company, SUPERIOR has done events from Vancouver to St. Johns and will gladly travel to your next event.
What kind of power is needed for your equipment?
Electrical requirements vary between pieces of equipment. Some items only require one electrical circuit, while other larger items may require up to 4 circuits. When "Separate Circuits" are outlined on your quote and/or contract, this is defined as a separate 15amp 110 volt circuits. A standard circuit is a regular wall outlet you would find in your home or office on a separate fuse/breaker. For complete power details we will consult with you and if need be supply all of the necessary electrical distribution and generators for outdoor events for an additional charge.
How can I incorporate inflatables at my next event?
Inflatables can be used for entertainment by all ages, they can act as visual décor at a store opening or festival, they can be incorporated into teambuilding programs or be that perfect Birthday present! Your options are virtually endless!
Where should I have my event and what about food?
Throughout our thirty years we have made great working relationships with a number of industry leaders and would be more than happy to assist you in choosing a venue and caterer. We know which venue would be best for parties of your size and we have some fun foods that can also be added to you event too!
Do you offer site inspections?
Yes. We will be happy to visit the venue of your choice to ensure that all aspects of your event will be cared for, including a site plan (free of charge) on how to best utilize the space.
Do you provide Staff?
Yes. Superior can provide event technicians to install and remove the equipment and can also provide Superior Ride Attendants to operate and supervise the attractions during your event.
When is the best time to book?
Depending on when your event is but usually ASAP! Just because we own the largest inventory in the country does not mean that it's a secret. Summer events are booked as early as March/April and Fall/Winter events are booked year round. To ensure your favorite item at your next event, Call Us!
