Notes: ***CLIENT CAN ARRANGE THEIR OWN PICK UP*** Prior to picking up the item(s) from the warehouse, please send the following: Security deposit of $2,500, in the form of a credit card hold which will be released once the items are returned in the same condition as pickup A valid credit card for us to take a copy Government issued Photo ID, driver’s license, health card, etc. -- Once the office has the above you can proceed to the warehouse doors at the back of the building to pick up your item(s). Please note the following: Pick up and return strictly between 10am – 12pm and 1pm – 4pm. Must have own vehicle with no other items inside to protect the rental items Must have own drivers - no couriers All items must be returned in the same condition as received, to include: Wrapped and/or packaged the same way to avoid damage to the items. If anything is applied or adhered to any of our pieces, please note that it must be used with a low tack adhesive and be completely removed (no damage or residue left behind) prior to returning the item(s). If they aren’t removed, or residue is left behind or they are damaged in anyway it will be subject to labour, repair and/or replacement costs. | |||||
